My Review
Wow, what an incredibly emotional story Take A Moment is. The story follows the life of main character of Alex. At first glance, she seems to have everything in life that you could want – a wonderful partner, a fantastic job and great friends. But, a shock medical diagnosis changes everything for Alex. With her relationship over, and no job, Alex decides to makes some changes to her life.
Moving from her hometown of Glasgow to Birmingham, Alex is ready for a fresh start. Not wanting her illness to stand in her way, Alex is determined to be strong and independent. And we see the true strength of Alex as she starts a new job and learns to enjoy living life again. A whole new way of life emerges for Alex – fun, friends, family and maybe even love?
Take A Moment is a beautifully written story that takes you on a real rollercoaster of emotions, mixed with many light-hearted moments. You simply HAVE to read this stunning and enjoyable story.
