Welcome to my November goals. As I am writing this I am waiting for the Government press conference to take place, so when you are reading this, we may well be back in lockdown again (I really hope not). I think it is now an acceptable time to start thinking about CHRISTMAS and the end of 2020. I think I am not the only one in feeling like 2020 has been one crazy year! Hope you are all safe and well and been doing ok?

Blogging
October has been a hard month for me in terms of motivation. I have been really busy and have really struggled to find the time and motivation to sit down and write any posts. Hopefully, things will be easier in November and I can start getting back to my normal posting schedule again.
Maintain my regular posting schedule
So, I’m not going to lie, I have really struggled with motivation throughout October. Working full-time (from home still) has left me feeling drained and pretty exhausted. By the time it got to the weekend, I was feeling so tired that the thought of sitting down at my laptop and writing just filled me with dread. I am planning on posting 3 times a week throughout November as I have so many fantastic ideas of content I want to share with you all. Sunday and Wednesday will still be my posting days throughout November, with the third post on a Friday or Saturday.
Plan my Christmas Content
I would have loved to have taken part in Blogmas this year, however I just think it is unrealistic for me. With working full-time, and with a fairly big personal project going on (I know I am sounding cryptic, I will tell you more very soon), it doesn’t leave me with a lot of time to post everyday in December. However, I am going to do my own form of Blogmas. My aim being to post 3 times a week all the way through December, with some exciting and festive content.
Work on my Social Media platforms
I have tried to be more active across my social media channels, but again, with working full-time, I have been finding it hard to be consistent. I love sharing fun and positive things across all my social media. Hopefully, you will see me more on social media, especially Instagram. I have always struggled a bit with talking on Stories and now with reels being introduced, but I know it’s such a great way for my followers to get to know me. So, you may get to see my ugly mug on my Stories soon!
Personal
Lockdown for me, like most of us, has been so hard and more challenging than I thought it would be. I have some very exciting things happening in my life at the moment, which hopefully I will be able to share with you all soon. As tough as 2020 has been, and continues to be, I am feeling more optimistic, motivated and happy than I have for a really long time.
Look after my mental and physical health
I really have not taken care of myself throughout October, and I have suffered as the consequence. My physical health is not great. Silly aches and pains in my back, neck and shoulders. I have been feeling constantly exhausted and just wanting to curl up in bed and sleep. I have neglected things a lot in October, but I need to put steps into place to focus on myself in terms of both my mental health and my physical health.
Maintain a more relaxed morning routine
With working again full-time, it has been so much harder to maintain my morning routine. Having just completed my first month back at work again, it has been hard getting a new routine back again. I am hoping once this new routine is a bit more established, I can then try and carve out a bit of extra time for a more relaxed morning routine for myself.
Write in my Journal
I have been very bad at writing in my journal throughout October. Bad habits of thinking I didn’t have enough time have slipped in. I want to make sure that I use my Positive Planner journal, which is a guided journal dedicated to self-care, positivity and gratitude every day. Using my Mal Paper Daily Goal Setter every morning to create my daily To Do list has really helped me to get as organised as possible – I love ticking things off at the end of the day!
