Synopsis
Being grateful is easy…
…when everything goes according to plan.
But how do you keep at it no matter what life throws at you?
Enter 365 Days of Gratitude, the undated daily journal that will help you stay on track.
After years of barely surviving her own emotional minefield, writing coach Mariëlle S. Smith discovered the transformative power of practising gratitude. But, like no one else, she knows that cultivating an attitude of gratitude is easier said than done.
Complete with inspiring quotes, daily prompts, and recurring check-ins, the 365 Days of Gratitude Journal encourages you to create a sustainable gratitude practice too.
My Review
The idea of practising gratitude and journaling is not something that is new to me. I have been writing in my journal for over a year now. The art of journaling for me has helped me immensely at some of my most tough and emotional times. I think it is really important for all of us to practise gratitude in life. Especially with the current situation we are all facing with the world being such an uncertain place. I knew I was going to really enjoy using the 365 Days of Gratitude journal as part of my daily routine.
The journal itself looks and feels very inspiring and I love the positive motivational quotes that are scattered throughout the journal. Completing the journal in the evening, the daily prompts encourage you to really think about what you are grateful for. Allowing for daily reflection and intention setting for the following day. I love the fact that the journal is designed to use every day, however the pages are undated. Some people are not able to commit to journaling every day, so this allows for flexibility without wasting the journal.
Would I recommend?
I was very lucky to be given a PDF copy of the journal to review. For me, using a guided journal, I would love to be able to write in the journal itself. I will definitely be buying myself a hard copy of this journal to continue my gratitude journey. If you are just starting out with daily journaling, I can highly recommend 365 Days of Gratitude which only needs just a small amount of time each day to practise gratitude.
