My Review
I LOVED it so much I read it in 2 days!
What can I say, I absolutely loved this book. The character of Rosie is so funny and so well written. I love that she is so much stronger and confident than she actually believes she is – I feel that is something many of us can understand as we all have doubts about ourselves and what we are capable of dealing with in life. The chance meeting with the ever so adorable Noah gives Rosie a lot more to think about, when he offers to teach her all things seduction and how to get that first date.
The story line follows both Rosie and Noah as the lessons in love begin and as the lessons continue, we find out more about both characters and their past relationships. The friendship between Rosie and Noah is just completely adorable – he is always there for her, making her see how incredible she really is. The more I read, the more you could see that Rosie and Noah were just perfect for each other – if only they could both see that too!
The First Date is amazing. I loved it and was so sad when I came to the end of the story. Full of love, laughs, fun and accepting yourself for who you are, which for me is such an important part of this story. Thank you Zara for writing a story that I couldn’t wait to read and had me hooked from the very first page. I definitely was not disappointed!
