I never really used to bother a lot with my hair care – I really hated using products in my hair, as I always felt they left my hair feeling sticky and yucky. I am also not one for spending loads of money on products, except maybe skincare!
When it comes to shampoo and conditioner, I have been using the Creightons Clay Balancing Shampoo and Conditioner for quite a while now, and I literally love it so much. It leaves my hair so clean and fresh, and not weighed down. at all. I have to admit I don’t often use a hair mask, but when I do, I will reach for my Umberto Giannini Nourishing Hair Mask.
I have definitely starting using more products when it comes to styling my hair. I started using the VO5 styling products a while ago, and have completely fallen in love with the range. They are all super affordable, and you can even pick them up in your local supermarket.
I use a little bit of the Frizz Free Cream on my hair when it is damp to help stop my hair going frizzy when I blow dry it. I also spritz my hair with the Volume Blow Dry Spray to give my hair a little bit of extra volume and body, as sometime when I blow dry my hair, it can just look limp and flat. I use the Heat Protect Spray through my hair when I straighten my hair, and this works so well at protecting my hair from the heat of the hair dryer and my straighteners.
To finish off, I give my hair a quick spray of hairspray – I recently bought this one from Aldi, it was super affordable, and works so well. Lastly, I use the VO5 Tame and Shine Spray to add extra shine and tame any fly-aways.
