Today’s post is going to be a bit of a moany one – sorry guys! I don’t know if it is just me, but I am just feeling so meh at the moment – just really tired and really run-down.
You know when you get to the point when you just need to stop. And I have definitely reached that point.
Everything for the last few months has just been so busy – work has been crazy, I have been trying to fit blogging in around working full-time, and all the other normal chores you have to do, and still trying to have some sort of life.
I am struggling with just feeling very run-down at the moment – I always know when I get to that point, as I get silly things happen to me – I have a really bad back at the moment, and that wasn’t helped by me tripping up the kerb outside my house the other day! My skin is really bad and I have broken out really badly.
I’m not even going on holiday this year, so no real chill-out time for m cant wait for.e, although I do have a week booked off work in August, which I literally cant wait for. Hopefully, some time to rest and recharge the batteries and feel ready to take on the world again!
Does anyone else every get times when they just feel so run-down? What do you do to help you feel motivated and refreshed again? Please let me know in the comments.
