My boyfriend and I moved into a new build home together 2 years ago, and we have slowly been putting our own “stamp” on the house, with redecorating and adding lots of accessories and little touches, just to make it look finished and like a home.
The one thing I have fallen in love with recently is having prints and photos hanging on the walls and on shelves etc – I just love the overall finished look they can add to a room, so I was very excited when the guys at Photowall got in touch and asked if I would like to review one of their canvas prints*, I jumped at the chance.
Photowall is a Swedish company that sells wall murals and canvas prints, with a huge array of different designs and prints to chose from, and you can even upload your own image to make into a canvas. I chose a beautiful canvas that I hoped would fit perfectly on my bedroom wall, just to give that finishing touch to my recently decorated bedroom. Ordering on the Photowall UK website was very simple, and the delivery was really quick. My canvas came rolled up in a tube, along with a do-it-yourself frame!
I must admit, I was a little bit nervous about putting together the frame, but as I read the instructions that come with the canvas, it didn’t seem too complicated, and actually it really was very easy to put together – I even did it all on my own, and usually with anything DIY-related, I end up getting my boyfriend to help – but this time, I managed it all on my own!
The one thing I did need my boyfriend’s help with was putting the canvas up on the wall – mainly because I am rubbish using a drill! The canvas came with all the fittings needed to attach it to the wall, and it was super easy to hang.
The canvas looks amazing on the feature wall in my bedroom, and finishes he look off perfectly. I am super happy with my canvas print from Photowall, and I think you will agree it looks incredible?
