Ok guys, so I was hoping that I would be writing this post all about how I had got my 6 stone award at Slimming World, however, I have had some fairly major motivation issues over the last few months, and I feel that I have got stuck in a bit of a Slimming World rut.
Life, quite frankly, has been a bit pants for me the last few months, and although it is no excuse, I have lost my motivation, and just want to eat all the food – and not Sliming World friendly food either!
I haven’t really done any exercise, apart from walking, and haven’t been to the gym at all. I just feel a bit like I will never get my motivation back again, and unusually for me, I have quite a jam packed month of meals and parties for Christmas, and although I’m not really a big drinker, so that part doesn’t really worry me, I know that I will struggle to resist all the yummy Christmas food.
I have put 6 pounds back on over the last few weeks, and by my last weigh-in before Christmas I would love to get back to my 5 stone award, and then regain my motivation ready to kick my weightless into gear for January.
I want to set myself mini targets and keep on plan to achieve them – I know I can do it, as I did so well just a few months ago. I have an idea in my mind of where I want to be, and I still have quite a long way to go to achieve this, but one day I will get there for sure.
So, hopefully, my next update post will be a bit more positive and me telling you guys that I have got my 6 stone award!
