I was kindly sent a week’s trial of the Slimroast Coffee to try out.
I’m always a bit sceptical of products claiming they help weight loss, especially in a drink format, but I thought I would give this a try – just for a week, to see if it would help me to lose some weight.
I just want to point out that I have been following the Slimming World plan, and still continue to do so. My average weight loss on Slimming World is between 2-4 pounds per week.
The coffee contains a mix of all natural ingredients known to aid weight loss & suppress hunger. . .
-
Garcinia Cambogia – An incredibly efficient fat burning ingredient known to suppress hunger.
-
L-Carnitine & Chromium – Amino acid & minerals which are added to regulate fluctuating blood sugar levels which would otherwise trigger sugar cravings.
-
Phaseolamin – An ingredient that combines with an enzyme in the body called alpha-amylase which is involved in the digestion of starch & helps to temporarily block its activities. By blocking this digestive enzyme it prevents the digestion of carbs decreasing in the number of calories absorbed.
-
Chlorogenic Acid – A powerful thermogenic fat burner & Not to mention Ginseng 100:1 extract known to combat free radicals that cause ageing.
You make the Slimroast Coffee like you would a normal coffee – I just added skimmed milk into mine. The taste is ok, it tastes a little bit like normal coffee, just not so strong. I had one sachet of the Slimroast Coffee every morning with my breakfast for a week.
When I weighed in at Slimming World that week, I had lost 3 1/2 pounds – which I was really pleased with (my average is between 2-4 pounds per week)
Overall, I am pleased I gave the Slimrost Coffee a try, but for me it is not something I would use as a sustainable method of loosing weight – I am seeing such positive results with Slimming World, and this is the way I will continue my weight loss journey.
