I was recently invited to take part in a campaign by TRND to review the new Batiste 2 in1 Dry Shampoo and Conditioner. I was really excited to be involved, as although I’m not a huge user of dry shampoo, when I do use it, I always use the Batiste range – you just can not go wrong with them.
I received the Orange & Pomegranate* scent for me to try and a smaller sized Vanilla & Passionflower scent for me to give away.
The packaging is really cute and looks really sleek. The fragrance is so good! It smells really fresh and light. This dry shampoo is a very different concept than the original Batiste – this is a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner, and you use it in a different way than usual – First you shake the can to activate the ingredients. Then hold the can at arms length, mist all over the hair in a halo like motion (never directly at the root). Give your roots a massage to add volume and remove excess oils then work it through with fingers or a brush – the perfect super soft and smooth hair in no time at all!
Although I generally wash my hair most days – please don’t ask me why, I just have for years now – I still use a little bit of this to add a bit of volume and life back to my hair. I really love this 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner – it doesn’t leave any white marks in your hair and just leaves my hair super shiny, soft and silky – I love it.
I am going on holiday in a few weeks time, and ill make sure I pop one of the smaller sizes in my suitcase to keep my hair fresh and soft when I’m by the pool and to add a bit of volume and life back with all the sun and chlorine damage.
