The Body Source Argan Oil Review*

I love using Argan oil in my hair to condition and add shine, but I have never really thought aout what else I could use it for, so when I was contacted by The Body Source and asked if I would like to try out and review their Argan Oil, I jumped at the chance.
The Body Source is a company that puts your overall health and well-being at the forefront of its products – with every product being designed to help you both physically and mentally. I was also asked by The Body Source if I would like to contribute to a feature about the ways I use Argan Oil. You can see their article “20 Essential & Effective Argan Oil Benefits & Tips From The UK’s Leading Beauty Bloggers”.

I was super surprised to find out that Argan Oil can be used for so much more than just on your hair. You can use it on  your skin, fingernails and even cooking . Argan Oil has also been proven to reduce the appearance of stretch marks – a winner for me!

I have been using the Argan Oil in a few different ways . . .

Firstly, as a deep conditioning treatment for my hair. I apply the oil to dry hair throughout the lengths and wrap my hair in a towel. I leave this for about 30 minutes (sometimes longer) then shampoo and condition my hair. My hair is left super soft, silky and full of life.

The second way I have been using the oil is as a cuticle treatment for my nails. I generally have quite strong nails, but sometimes they split and flake. I have been rubbing the Argan Oil into my nails and cuticles a few times a day, and I have definitely seen a massive improvement in not only the look of my nails, but they are much stronger and haven’t been flaking as much.

I have only needed to use a very small amount of the oil to see such fantastic difference in my hair, skin and nails – this really is such a brilliant product for skincare and haircare in one.
