If you read my previous post, you will know that I have been following the Slimming World plan.
I have now been on plan for 15 weeks, and have lost 3 stone in total.
I am so happy with my progress so far, but I know I still have a really long way to go. I think one thing that is keeping me so motivated is that I have lost weight every single week for the last 15 weeks, which is a massive boost for me.
I am loving the meals I am eating following the plan, and never feel hungry, or that I am missing out – even though my work colleagues have a ‘dirty lunch’ on a Friday which either consists of KFC, Pizza and McDonalds, but I don’t ever feel like I am missing out, because I have a goal in my head of where I want to be, and that is something for me to keep my focus on.
I have added a few additions in this month to keep me even more focused!!
Firstly, I have bought myself this Dress – but in 3 sizes smaller than I usually would get – my aim is to get into this by the end of June! It almost fits now, so hopefully I will reach that goal.
I also bought myself a Fitbit – I have been wanting one for ages, but couldn’t really decide which one to get. After some research I have gone fro the Fitbit Flex 2 – which I know is one of the older models, but it can be used for swimming, and that for me is really important.
It is actually getting really obsessive, and I have been steadily improving my step numbers each day.
I have been going to my gym – Virgin Active – a few times a week – one of the girls who goes to my Slimming World group and I have been going to Clubbercise classes, which are so much fun. I have also been going to Pilates classes, going swimming and going out for walks in the evening after work.
I love how motivated I am feeling at the moment – I hope I can continue to follow the Slimming World plan, keep my exercise levels up, and keep seeing amazing results when I get on the scales every Friday.
